Refund policy

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of you receive the item. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. If the product has been used, GRUNSTOF reserve the right to reduce the amount which is refunded to the customer. 

Please write to grunstof@gmail.com within 14 days from the day of receiving the item and inform us you want to return the item. 

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment

GRUNSTOF accept payments with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. 

All amounts are either in DKK or EUR with VAT included. GRUNSTOF reserve the right to change prices as well as trade terms without notice.

Shipping

GRUNSTOF endeavors to ship within 3-4 days of ordering. The delivery time after shipment is up to the freight company and cannot be affected by GRUNSTOF. 
Pick-up can be arranged at the company address, write to us at grunstof@gmail.com for further agreement.

Warranty

We offer 2 yers of warranty. Our warranty covers material defects in material and / or fabrication defects. Since GRUNSTOF wall art is based on a natural aging of metal, it is not possible to file a customer complaint because of changes in color / surface structure that occur over time, as we cannot prevent the metal from continuing obsolescence.


GRUNSTOF will cover return costs to a reasonable extent, if the complaint is approved.

For complaints, errors or missing deliveries, please contact GRUNSTOF via our email address: grunstof@gmail.com. Thereafter, the further process will be informed. Packages containing complaints are not received without prior agreement.
